FHA  new “First Look” initiative. Program teams up with Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to help stabilize hard hit foreclosure communities. Grantees get exclusive option to buy before HUD homes are marketed to other purchasers and at a 10% discount. Source:HUD
