Freddie Mac interest rate weekly survey results for Nov 25, 2009 15 and 30 year fixed rate has decreased from November 2008. Last year Nov 26, 2008 results for 30 yr fixed rate was at 5.97% and the 15 yr fixed rate was at 5.74%. For Monthly 30 yr fixed rate data or Monthly 15 yr fixed rate data.
