HUD’s new office of sustainability is finally here. The Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities (OSHC) wants to improve the access to affordable housing and transportation, invest in energy efficiency homes and buildings, renewable energy, and infrastructure. HUD also wants to strengthen the energy efficiency mortgage products and other retrofit financing options. New Hud Sustainability Office
